Module 2 of the Austrian job.plan put the focus on the empowerment of women, girls, boys and couples. They were qualified to set appropriate measures regarding the reduction of the pay gap themselves. In that context the "toolbox Pay Gap - methods for coaching, Training and Counselling" was developed by Femail and Amazone. The method couple.coaching is one of the tools.

Job.plan was a development partnership of the European Community Initiative EQUAL and has been financed by the European Social Fund, the Austrian Ministry of Economics and Labour and the Government of Vorarlberg.
